Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on potential leads, converting them into qualified sales opportunities
- Conduct client meetings and perform needs analysis
- Coordinate proposal and sales processes for software projects
- Manage customer relationships and sales activities through the CRM system
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and prepare regular reports
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other communication channels
- Convert marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities
- Take an active role in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives
- Coordinate proposal, contract, and project onboarding processes with internal teams
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Interest in software, technology, or digital products
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in software services or technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in English is a plus
