Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on potential leads, converting them into qualified sales opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings and perform needs analysis
  • Coordinate proposal and sales processes for software projects
  • Manage customer relationships and sales activities through the CRM system
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and prepare regular reports
  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other communication channels
  • Convert marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities
  • Take an active role in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Coordinate proposal, contract, and project onboarding processes with internal teams

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Interest in software, technology, or digital products
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in software services or technology sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
