Article 6 of Turkish E-Commerce Law No. 6563

If you tick the optional "I'd like to receive campaigns and announcements" box in our forms, you allow ATALAY YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ to send you the messages below. The box is not pre-ticked; your request is answered either way. The Turkish version prevails.
Scope
- Channels: SMS and calls to the phone number you gave, email to your email address.
- Content: campaigns, new products, events and announcements about Atalay Yazılım's software, AI and digital product services.
- Sender: Atalay Yazılım only. Your details are not used for other companies' campaigns or sold.
- Messages about your request, quote or contract are not commercial messages and are sent without this consent.
Withdrawing consent
- Via the opt-out link or SMS opt-out in every message, free of charge and without giving a reason.
- By writing to info@atalay.tech or through the Message Management System (iys.org.tr).
- Opt-outs are processed within 3 business days at the latest.
Record and personal data
We record the time, channel, page and IP address of your consent and keep it while valid and for 3 years after withdrawal as proof. Consents may be registered with the Message Management System (İYS) as required by law. Processing relies on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1); see the Privacy Notice.
