Cookies and similar technologies used on atalay.tech

A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser; browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and pixel tags do the same job. This policy explains which ones ATALAY YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ uses on atalay.tech and why. All personal data processing is described in the Privacy Notice. The Turkish version prevails.
Manage your choices
On your first visit the banner offers Reject and Accept with equal weight; Preferences lets you choose analytics and marketing separately. Nothing is pre-ticked and rejecting does not limit the site. Change your mind any time here or via Cookie preferences in the footer; withdrawing consent deletes the tracking cookies we set.
Categories and legal basis
- Strictly necessary: running and securing the site and remembering settings you chose (language, theme, cookie choice). Needed to provide the service you request, so no consent is required (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and f).
- Analytics: measures which pages are visited. Only with your consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).
- Marketing: measures whether our ads bring requests. Only with your consent (KVKK Art. 5/1 and 9/6-a).
Scripts of a category you have not allowed are not loaded at all; no cookieless pings are sent either.

Blog videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play; Google may then use its own cookies and storage.
Transfers abroad
Google, Meta and OpenAI servers are abroad (Ireland, USA). If you allow analytics or marketing, the transfer relies on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9/6-a: Explicit Consent Text. Without consent nothing is transferred and you can still use the whole site.
Deleting in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies; Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data). If you delete necessary cookies, we ask for your language, theme and cookie choice again.
