How we protect your personal data

ATALAY YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ processes personal data only as far as needed to serve you. This page is a summary; data categories, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and your rights are detailed in the Privacy Notice. The Turkish version prevails.

Summary

  • Our forms ask only for what we need to reply: name, phone, email and your message.
  • We record your request and confirm receipt by SMS and email.
  • Visit and ad measurement happen only if you allow them in the cookie banner: Cookie Policy, Explicit Consent Text.
  • Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the separate box: Commercial Message Consent.
  • We do not sell or rent your data.

Who we share with

  • Service providers: Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, email), Netgsm (SMS), Meta (if you write to us on WhatsApp), Google Calendar (if you book a call).
  • Only with your cookie consent: Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Meta (Pixel, Conversions API), OpenAI (measurement pixel).
  • If you buy: payment institution and bank, e-invoice provider, our accountant.
  • Competent authorities and courts where required by law.

Security

  • All traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS); database and files are kept on access-restricted cloud infrastructure.
  • Only authorised staff access the admin panel, with personal accounts and need-to-know access.
  • Forms are protected against bots and abuse with rate limits and a honeypot field.

In case of a data breach we notify the Turkish Data Protection Board and affected persons within the legal period (KVKK Art. 12).

Children

Our site and services are for businesses; we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
