Optional cookies and transfers abroad (KVKK Art. 5/1 and 9/6-a)

This text explains what you consent to when you allow analytics or marketing in the cookie banner of ATALAY YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Consent is optional; without it you can use the site and our services as usual. See the Privacy Notice. The Turkish version prevails.
What you consent to
- Analytics
- Data: Online identifiers (cookie IDs), pages viewed, referrer, device and browser data, approximate location from IP
- Purpose: Visit measurement, improving the site
- Recipient and country: Google (Analytics) — Ireland/USA; Atalay first-party measurement — AWS, Germany
- Marketing
- Data: Ad click IDs, Meta and Google ad cookies, SHA-256 hash of your email and phone if you submit a form
- Purpose: Measuring whether our ads bring requests, matching form conversions with the ad platform
- Recipient and country: Google (Ads, Tag Manager), Meta Platforms (Pixel, Conversions API) — Ireland/USA; OpenAI — USA

You consent knowing that these countries may not offer the level of protection of Türkiye and that the transfer relies on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9/6-a. Ad platforms may also process the data under their own policies.
Giving and withdrawing consent
- Consent is given with Accept in the cookie banner or by switching on a category in Preferences. Nothing is on by default.
- Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days and recorded on our server with time, text version and IP as proof. We ask again after 180 days.
- Withdraw any time via Cookie preferences in the footer or the button below. Withdrawal applies for the future; tracking cookies we set are deleted.
