atalay.tech is operated by ATALAY YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. These terms cover the use of the site. Software development, maintenance and other services are governed by a separate contract and quotes; in case of conflict that contract prevails. The Turkish version prevails.

Using the site

Texts, design, logos, the "Atalay" trademark and software on the site belong to or are licensed to Atalay Yazılım. Client brands and screenshots in our references belong to their owners. No copying, reproduction or commercial use without permission; short quotes with attribution are fine.
Prices and content
Prices, cost calculator results and timelines on the site are estimates for information; binding price and scope are set in the written quote and contract. Blog posts are general information, not legal or financial advice.
Liability
We take care to keep the site up to date and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to. Liability that cannot be limited by law (including intent and gross negligence) and your consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law and disputes
Turkish law applies. For disputes between merchants, Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at their place of residence under Law No. 6502.
